Meets and Practices

Practices  will take place Monday through Thursday from 3:50 to 5:15 PM. Wednesday practices will take place from 2:45 - 4:00 PM.

10/21 King of the Hill XC Race | Oak Hill School

10/28 Eugene School District 4J District Meet

11/2 Stumptown XC Championship | Monmouth (optional extended season meet)

Registration

The District has decided to transition to a new registration platform for the 24-25 school year! FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.

1. Please register at: Final Forms Registration and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
2. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here.  Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating. Contact our secretary, Megan, at beverly_m@4j.lane.edu
3. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals to be on file dated after 5/16/2023 in order for all students to participate at practice and/or meets.
   • Call to schedule an appointment at one of 4j's School Based Health Centers.

Proof of insurance is required for all student-athletes. If your student is not fully covered by insurance carried by the parent/guardian, then School Time student accident insurance is available through Myers-Stevens & Toohey. Application forms are available online.
