ATA Cross Country/Track & Field

Meets and Practices

Practices  will take place Monday through Thursday from 3:50 to 5:15 PM. Wednesday practices will take place from 2:45 - 4:00 PM. 

Registration

Registration through FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.

1. Please register at: Final Forms Registration and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
2. Pay the $50 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here.  Or please reach out about sports scholarships! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating. Contact our program coordinator, Megan, at beverly_m@4j.lane.edu
3. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals to be on file dated after 5/16/2024 in order for all students to participate at practice and/or meets.

Proof of insurance is required for all student-athletes. If your student is not fully covered by insurance carried by the parent/guardian, then School Time student accident insurance is available through Myers-Stevens & Toohey. Application forms are available online.
