Welcome parents and families! School starts for the 26-27 academic year on September 8^th for 6^th graders and September 9^th for the whole school.

The ATA staff remains dedicated to continuing our connection with and support for every member of our school community. Our focus has long been on inclusion, belonging, and fostering a sense of community. We look forward to getting to know all of our new and returning families!

We can't wait to welcome you to our upcoming Open House! This is the perfect opportunity to pick up your student's schedule and locker combination, sign up for athletics and parent groups, and visit with other families. Building a strong connection between home and school is vital to your student's success, and your presence shows them just how much their education matters. Whether you're practicing opening your student's locker, catching up with other families, or getting answers to your back-to-school questions, we would love to see you there—please join us and help us kick off a fantastic school year together!

First Days of School

We’ll see our 6th grade students by 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 8th for our 6th Grade Welcome Day; doors open and breakfast starts at 8:20 am. Students do not need supplies on this day. We have a special welcome program planned, led in part by our student Justice Wolf leaders, just for our 6th grade students. Dismissal is at 3:40 pm. Bus routes are running on the regular Tuesday schedule. We look forward to welcoming all students on Wednesday, September 9th at 9:00 am; doors open and breakfast starts at 8:20 am. Students start their day in their 1st period class. There, they will get their schedules, locker assignments, and reconnect with friends and peers. We’ll have 1st period class lists posted in the Family Room (our main lobby) for all students. Dismissal is at 2:35 pm. Bus routes are running on the regular early release Wednesday schedule.

The start of the year is exciting and can be expensive. We invite anyone who needs additional support to contact our front office. Our school supply list is linked here, and though we do our best to provide every student with the supplies they need, we could also use your generous support at the beginning of the year. If you’d like to make a thoughtful donation, you can do so at ATA School Pay. We truly appreciate any additional funding from our families, for our families.

As a staff, we’re committed to an educational environment where students can work and interact with each other free from the distractions these devices can bring. We kindly ask for your support with this endeavor, and we request that families not message their students during the school on their devices, if they have them. If families do need to communicate with students during the school day, please call the office (541-790-5700) and have a note delivered.
