Exciting news! Registration is now open for Middle School Track and Field through Friday, March 21!

Meets and Practices

Track practices will begin Monday, March 3, and will take place Monday through Thursday from 3:50 to 5:15 PM. Wednesday practices will take place from 2:45 - 4:00 PM. 

Important Dates:

• 3/20 - Dual meet #1 (must be registered by March 6 to participate)
• 4/10 - Dual meet #2
• 4/17 - Dual meet #3
• 4/24 - Dual meet #4
• 5/1 - Sub-Districts
• 5/8 - 4J Middle School District Championships
• 5/16 - Oregon Middle School Meet of Champions @ Corvallis High School

Registration

The District has decided to transition to a new registration platform for the 24-25 school year! FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.

1. Please register at: https://eugene-or.finalforms.com and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
2. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here.  Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating.
3. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals to be on file dated after 5/16/2023 in order for all studentsto participate at practice and/or meets.

Proof of insurance is required for all student-athletes. If your student is not fully covered by insurance carried by the parent/guardian, then School Time student accident insurance is available through Myers-Stevens & Toohey. Application forms are available online.
