Hello ATA Families & Friends

Families,

We are officially off to a great start this school year! It has been an amazing beginning, and we are having a lot of fun together. As we enter the fall season, I wanted to share some important updates and reminders.

First, please remember that ATA does not allow cell phones during the school day. Students who bring a phone must store it in their lockers from the beginning of the day until the end. Second, teachers have updated the grades, so please log in to check your student’s progress. If something doesn’t look right, don’t hesitate to reach out to the school. Academic success is a key goal for us. If you would like to discuss how we can better support your student's learning, please reach out.

Additionally, excellent attendance is crucial for success. Our overall attendance rate is currently at 92 percent, which is fantastic! However, let's strive to improve it even further. If you need support to ensure your child is present every day, please let us know. Finally, we have officially launched our annual Wolf Cup grade-level competition! Please ask your student about it and what their grade level is doing to earn points.

I am consistently impressed by the incredible community at ATA. As always, feel free to share any ideas you have to improve the learning experience for our students. You are welcome to stop by, volunteer, or inquire about our fantastic mentoring program.

Thank you for your partnership!

ATA Cafeteria

School Information

Cafeteria: Breakfast, a snack, and lunch are FREE for all students. This is an opportunity for students to eat, visit with friends, and just relax. Students are expected to be polite, cooperative, and willing to assume responsibility for their own food, beverage, and materials. Cans are to be placed in the appropriate recycling containers. Students are working together to earn Friday Karaoke and use of special equipment by following posted cafeteria expectations.

Lunchtime procedures are that all students walk to the cafeteria at their lunchtime, whether or not they plan to eat. All students are to remain seated for the first ten minutes in the cafeteria. At release time students may have their table checked. Providing all trash is picked up, tables are clean, and appropriate items for recycling are placed in containers, students may be released to go outside, to the library, or stay in the cafeteria.
